Es lo que afirma&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ana-moreno-8745045\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ana Moreno<\/a>&nbsp;en el v\u00eddeo incluido en este art\u00edculo<sup>(1)<\/sup>, en el que se\u00f1ala que el problema afecta tanto a los trabajadores como a las empresas, porque implica una&nbsp;<strong>escasa capacidad para atraer y retener talento con competencias cr\u00edticas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En ese sentido,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/frederic-laloux-108174\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Laloux<\/a> apunta que la principal causa del problema est\u00e1 en la organizaci\u00f3n tradicional de las empresas basada en estructuras directivas piramidales y objetivos dise\u00f1ados con planes estrat\u00e9gicos. Un modelo que considera t\u00f3xico en s\u00ed mismo y que produce organizaciones de vistosos edificios de m\u00e1rmol y vidrio, pero sin alma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como soluci\u00f3n a estos problemas est\u00e1n surgiendo modelos de organizaci\u00f3n empresarial, que seg\u00fan sus defensores suponen un avance evolutivo, alternativo a las estructuras de gobernanza piramidal, a la planificaci\u00f3n de estrategias predictivas (planes estrat\u00e9gicos) y al trabajo motivado por recompensas extr\u00ednsecas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Proponen como ant\u00edtesis:&nbsp;<strong>autogesti\u00f3n frente a estructuras directivas piramidales, prop\u00f3sito evolutivo frente a&nbsp;visi\u00f3n planificada y autoplenitud en el trabajo frente a gesti\u00f3n de \u00abrecursos\u00bb humanos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los defensores de modelos basados en equipos autogestionados argumentan que en niveles de complejidad como los que manejamos actualmente, los sistemas de planificaci\u00f3n, control y toma de decisiones por jerarqu\u00eda no funcionan. Que los sistemas realmente complejos no tienen una planificaci\u00f3n centralizada. Mencionan como ejemplos referentes los sistemas de la naturaleza basados en estructuras fractales o los seres vivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los detractores, que seguramente son mayor\u00eda en los niveles directivos de las empresas actuales, argumentan con similar vehemencia que no es ning\u00fan avance evolutivo, sino una moda m\u00e1s o menos peligrosa en la medida en la que resulta atractiva e ilusionante. Una de las cr\u00edticas referentes, tanto por la solidez de la exposici\u00f3n, como por la relevancia de su autor:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Steve_Denning\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Steve Denning<\/a>, es el art\u00edculo \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/stevedenning\/2014\/01\/15\/making-sense-of-zappos-and-holacracy\/\">Making Sense Of Zappos And Holocracy<\/a>\u00bb (<a href=\"https:\/\/navegapolis.com\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/making_sense_of_zappos.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">en cach\u00e9<\/a>), que cuestiona las bondades del modelo Holacracy.
