Los t\u00e9rminos de la transacci\u00f3n pueden contemplar tambi\u00e9n penalizaciones en caso de incumplimiento del trabajo o de los objetivos acordados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El liderazgo transaccional se concentra en el presente y es un buen modelo para lograr un funcionamiento eficiente. Los l\u00edderes transaccionales son buenos en la preparaci\u00f3n de planes y presupuestos y en su cumplimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Define el trabajo y sus pautas. Implica el compromiso de las personas a \u201cseguir las reglas\u201d por lo que tiende a desarrollarse en empresas con patr\u00f3n cultural \u00abde logro\u00bb o \u00abnaranja\u00bb (*)&nbsp; y a generar&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Pensamiento_de_grupo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pensamiento de grupo<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Liderazgo transformacional<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este es un concepto de liderazgo definido por James MacGregor para definir el estilo de l\u00edderes que trabajan en equipo con las personas para avanzar hacia niveles superiores de moral y motivaci\u00f3n. El concepto de liderazgo transformacional ha sido desarrollado por Bernad M. Bass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los principios del liderazgo transformacional para lograr la motivaci\u00f3n de las personas son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Vinculaci\u00f3n de las personas con la misi\u00f3n y la visi\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Expresi\u00f3n genuina de confianza en las capacidades de las personas.<\/li><li>Atenci\u00f3n a las necesidades de las personas, apoy\u00e1ndoles en su desarrollo y reconociendo sus logros.<\/li><li>Estimulando a las personas a participar y aportar soluciones innovadoras.<\/li><li>Planteando retos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Motivaci\u00f3n extr\u00ednseca<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los motivos que mueven a la persona a lograr el objetivo son externos a ella: retribuci\u00f3n, bonos, plan de carrera, beneficios sociales, horario flexible, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Motivaci\u00f3n intr\u00ednseca<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El motivo que mueve a la persona a lograr el objetivo es el disfrute que experimenta por el mero hecho de alcanzarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Motivaci\u00f3n positiva<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ofrece una recompensa para motivar a la persona a realizar el trabajo o lograr el objetivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Motivaci\u00f3n negativa<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Librarse de una penalizaci\u00f3n es el motivo que impulsa a la persona a realizar el trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Culturas \u00e1mbar, naranja y verde<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Patrones culturales del&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scrummanager.net\/blog\/2017\/06\/paradigmas-culturales-de-las-empresas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">modelo de&nbsp;Frederic Laloux<\/a>.
