En ellas son las m\u00e1quinas m\u00e1quinas y los procesos empleados los que garantizan la eficiencia de la producci\u00f3n y la calidad del resultado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La cultura empresarial no es un factor importante, porque no afecta ni a m\u00e1quinas ni a procedimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, hay otras que tienen su \u00absaber hacer\u00bb en las personas. Son las denominadas empresas del conocimiento, donde las m\u00e1quinas y los procedimientos ayudan a realizar la tarea de las personas y no al rev\u00e9s.  El talento no se puede desplegar sin motivaci\u00f3n, por eso en estas empresas deben tener unos valores o principios organizativos que la favorezcan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/navegapolis.com\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/cultura1.png\" alt=\"Dos dimensiones, cuatro culturas\" class=\"wp-image-55\" srcset=\"https:\/\/navegapolis.com\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/cultura1.png 400w, https:\/\/navegapolis.com\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/cultura1-300x236.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El art\u00edculo <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/harvardbusinessonline.hbsp.harvard.edu\/b02\/en\/common\/item_detail.jhtml?id=96605\" target=\"_blank\">What Holds the Mordern Company Toghether<\/a> (Rob Goffee, Gareth Jones, 1996) muestra una representaci\u00f3n simplificada de los posibles patrones culturales como resultado de la combinaci\u00f3n de dos dimensiones: sociabilidad y solidaridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este modelo considera a la sociabilidad como el grado de relaci\u00f3n emocional y no instrumental (no como simple medio para satisfacer las propias necesidades) que existe entre las personas. Las relaciones de amistad, por ejemplo, son relaciones de sociabilidad elevada.<br>Y por otra parte, considera a la solidaridad como la actitud del equipo en el que prima el enfoque estrat\u00e9gico, la reacci\u00f3n contra la amenaza de los competidores y la intolerancia al bajo rendimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con estas premisas, muestra que la cultura ideal es la que denomina \u00abcomunal\u00bb porque combina ambas dimensiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Podr\u00eda parecer que con dosis elevadas de sociabilidad bastar\u00eda, pero la sociabilidad alta, con ausencia de solidaridad tiene inconvenientes, porque el predominio de la amistad tolera o, incluso genera,  rendimientos bajos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando el nivel de sociabilidad es mucho mayor que el de solidaridad, el trabajo se resuelve con el mejor \u00abcompromiso\u00bb no con la mejor \u00absoluci\u00f3n\u00bb y tambi\u00e9n es frecuente el desarrollo de camarillas y redes informales que burlan y socavan la institucionalizaci\u00f3n de procedimientos en la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"400\" height=\"314\" src=\"https:\/\/navegapolis.com\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/cultura2.png\" alt=\"\u00c1rea t\u00f3xica para la agilidad\" class=\"wp-image-56\" srcset=\"https:\/\/navegapolis.com\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/cultura2.png 400w, https:\/\/navegapolis.com\/website\/wp-content\/uploads\/cultura2-300x236.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-text-align-left is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Estamos poniendo al descubierto mejores m\u00e9todos para desarrollar software, haciendo y ayudando a otros a que lo hagan.
